harrypotterconfessions:

Don’t get me wrong, I love Snape. I love his character, I love that he works past his flaws, I love that he atones for his sins, etc. This isn’t about dislike for Snape. His character is tragic and brilliantly executed. This is about fans who can’t seem to understand that Snape’s love for Lily was unhealthy, and, to put it bluntly, downright creepy. Why anyone would want such a stalker is beyond me. People can use Snape to talk about the beauty of unrequited love/everlasting love all they want, but it’s obvious that they haven’t thought about what exactly they’re asking for in wanting someone to love them like Snape “loved” Lily.

“All young ladies accomplished! My dear Charles, what do you mean?” - Miss. Bingley

“Yes all of them, I think. They all paint tables, cover skreens, and net purses. I scarcely know any one who cannot do all this, and I am sure I never heard a young lady spoken of for the first time, without being informed that she was very accomplished.” - Mr. Bingley

The Start

I’m trying to make some changes that include learning Spanish & French, losing weight, and getting out of debt.  This may seem a bit diffuse but they all have the same outcome of making me feel better and accomplished.

I’m choosing to start now in order to prep for the real thing next year.  This means getting up early and be more conscious of how I spend my time.
